Community Hall Rental

In addition to fire protection, the Wilton Fire Department has facilities available for rental. These include our community room, kitchen and outside pavilion.

The community room is located inside the door on the right.

Public restrooms are located in the middle of the hall to the left.

8' rectangle tables are available for seating.

Limited quanitiy of 6' tables are available.

85 person maximum capacity.

Both grill and stove options are available.

Kitchen is connected to the community through a door and serving counter.

 

RATES & REQUIREMENTS

Hall rental = $25.00** per hour with a 2 hour minimum. / Non Resident Rate = $50.00

Kitchen = $75.00** (if required) / Non Resident Rate = $150.00

Deposit = $200.00 which is refundable after inspection of rental areas.

Renters must present proof of personal injury coverage in excess of $200,000.

Facilities are not available to rent for profit generating functions.

 

Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted on the premises.

All rental requests must be approved by the department at a regular monthly meeting.

A member of the department must volunteer to sponsor the function for the request to be granted. NEXT MEETING:
